1. Agreement

By using supaagent.in or engaging SupaAgent (a brand of Troika Tech Services Pvt Ltd) for AI calling services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

We provide managed AI calling services including outbound and inbound AI voice agents, lead qualification, follow-ups, reminders, live transfer, reporting and integrations. The scope, languages, volumes and deliverables of each engagement are defined in the quotation or order confirmation.

3. Billing and credits

• Services are billed through calling credits; one credit equals one second of usage and is not rounded up.
• Recharge validity, virtual-number retention, live-transfer time and integration charges are as stated in the quotation.
• All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Customer responsibilities

• You confirm that contact lists provided to us were collected lawfully and that recipients have consented to be contacted where consent is required.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of claims, offers and information included in approved scripts.
• You will comply with TRAI, DND and all applicable laws governing telemarketing and data protection in India.

5. Acceptable use

The service may not be used for fraudulent, abusive, misleading, political-spam or unlawful calling. We may suspend campaigns that breach this clause.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, voices, software and website content remain the property of Troika Tech Services Pvt Ltd and its licensors. Campaign scripts and data you provide remain yours.

7. Limitation of liability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the credits consumed in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, telecom outages or third-party service failures.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
