2. Information we collect

Enquiry data you submit through forms, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, company, phone number, email, industry and campaign details.
Campaign data provided by customers for calling campaigns, including contact lists, scripts and call outcomes.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and analytics cookies.

3. How we use information

To respond to enquiries, schedule demos and provide quotations.
To design, run and report on AI calling campaigns on behalf of our customers.
To improve our website, services and security.
To comply with legal obligations, including TRAI and DND regulations.

4. Call recordings and transcripts

AI calls may be recorded and transcribed to deliver reports to the customer who commissioned the campaign. Recordings are stored securely, accessible only to authorised users, and retained for the period agreed in the service contract.

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with telephony, cloud hosting and messaging providers necessary to deliver the service, with our customers for their own campaigns, or where required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of calls at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or emailing info@troikatech.in.
